LATE CHARGES

The school assesses late fees at the rate of 1% per month (12% per year) on all past due amounts. Late fees are billed monthly, and prorated for payments made during the month on overdue accounts.

ADDITIONAL FEES AND EXPENSES

Books, classroom materials, and some field trips are included in the tuition at the lower school level (grades kindergarten through five). However, parents should expect additional expenses as an inherent cost of sending children to an independent school. These costs may range from book bags and miscellaneous supplies to parent association dues to assessments for special trips and other activities. In addition, all parents will be asked to participate, to the maximum extent possible, in school fund raising activities that include the annual fund and periodic capital campaigns.

TUITION ASSISTANCE

In order to make possible the attendance at The Willow School by children from families with limited financial means, the school has set aside funds to assist such families. Please contact the school for further information. All requests for information and financial aid application forms will be kept strictly confidential.

The Willlow School participates in the SSS ONLINE Financial Aid program.
