TUITION
Included in tuition: lunch program, most student trips, transportation for trips, testing for grades 3 through 8 and a technology fee for grades 6 through 8.

Additional Charges
The Guardian shall be responsible for additional charges that may accrue and will be billed for items including, but not limited to athletics, extracurricular activities, books, and other expenses incurred on behalf of the Student in connection with school programs and activities.
Late Charges
The School shall apply late charges at the rate of one percent (1%) per month on all overdue balances. The School reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or refuse subsequent enrollment of and to the Student if due and payable account balances are unpaid.
Student Withdrawal or Dismissal
The Guardian has the right to withdraw the Student’s application for enrollment for the 2009/10 School Year without penalty (except forfeit of the Enrollment Deposit) by providing written notice to the School on or before May 1, 2009. Should the Student withdraw or otherwise cease to be enrolled in the School for any reason after May 1, 2009, the Guardian shall be responsible for the full tuition and expenses set forth herein.
Tuition Assistance
In order to make possible the attendance at The Willow School by children from families with limited financial means, the school has set aside funds to assist such families. Please contact the school for further information. All requests for information and financial aid application forms will be kept strictly confidential.
