Dear Parents and Friends of The Willow School,

Successful independent schools are rooted in a culture of philanthropy. Schools thrive with focused efforts and willing group of volunteers. I am enormously grateful to all the parents, friends, grandparents, teachers, staff and administrators who give their time, talent and financial resources to make The Willow School a thriving school of excellence. The work of our volunteers, from the Board of Trustees to class parents and event donors, ensures The Willow School will continue to be a strong academic presence now and in the future. I believe the benefits of parents, children and teachers working together are immeasurable. The more parents participate in schooling, in a sustained way, at every level—in advocacy, as fund raisers and supporters, as volunteers— the better for student achievement.
